China's Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) has notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of a draft MRL amendment (in Chinese). The proposal contains 137 MRLs for 62 active ingredients. MRLs are proposed for a variety of commodities, including fruits, vegetables, cereal grains, and oilseeds. China's MOA is accepting comments on this draft amendment through April 14, 2013.

Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (MHLW) recently proposed MRL changes, as notified by the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) in report JA3003. Proposed changes include MRL decreases and deletions for active ingredient formetanate hydrochloride.

Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária, ANVISA) recently published public consultation document Consulta Pública n° 03, de 30 de janeiro de 2013 (in Portuguese). This proposal  includes draft MRLs for the active ingredient teflubenzuron on sugarcane and cauliflower commodities.
