On October 22, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) published an amendment (in Japanese) to their national MRL standard. The amendment includes MRL changes for aklomide, anilofos, isopyrazam, imicyafos, chlorantraniliprole, cyazofamid, dichlofenthion, dinotefuran, spinetoram, vamidothion, pyriofenone, pyridafenthion, phenthoate, fluridone, milneb, and methazole.
MRLs that are newly-added or revised to a less restrictive level have entered into force. For MRLs changing to a more restrictive level, Japan is implementing a six month grace period. These changes will go into effect in April 2014.
Relevant changes will appear in www.mrldatabase.com soon.
