Thailand Notifies WTO of Proposal on Enzymes for Use in Food Production

On October 31, Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health published a notified the WTO of a proposal regarding enzymes for use in food production, originally published October 8, 2018. International comments are due by December 30, 2018. 

Thailand’s food additive regulations, in English, are included in the Food Additive Database, although enzymes typically fall beyond the scope of the database. If you are interested in subscribing, please contact BCI.
