On November 15, Mexico’s Federal Commission for the Protection Against Sanitary Risk (COFEPRIS) published an amendment to Annex I of its food additive regulation (in Spanish). The amendment enters into effect on May 15, 2020. 

The Food Additive Database, which includes Mexico's food additive regulations in English, will be updated to reflect these changes upon the effective date. If you are interested in subscribing, please contact BCI.
