On October 26, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) announced proposed MRL changes for aminocyclopyrachlor, etofenprox, captan, fenbuconazole, propiconazole, josamycin, spectinomycin, and prednisolone. These changes were reported via the United States Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service.

Comments are due to the Embassy by November 9, 2017. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database over the next week.

On August 11, the U.S. EPA established tolerances for residues of aminocyclopyrachlor and halauxifen-methyl.

Objections and requests for hearings must be received by October 11, 2016. The amended MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on August 12, 2016.

Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) recently notified the WTO of adopted MRLs for aminocyclopyrachlor and etoxazole.

Individual changes may be viewed in the linked WTO notices, and relevant changes have been made to the MRL Database.

On February 28, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) published Proposed Maximum Residue Limit PMRL2014-13, Aminocyclopyrachlor. PMRA will accept comments on this consultation through May 14, 2014.
