On July 30, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) notified the WTO of proposed MRL changes for dimethenamid, fluxapyroxad, gibberellin, heptachlor, fluvalinate, teflubenzuron, 2,4-D, chlorfluazuron, chlormequat, metalaxyl and metalaxyl-M, and spinosad.

The final deadline for comments is September 28, 2018. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on August 1, 2018.

Individual changes may be viewed in the linked WTO notice, and relevant MRL changes will be made to Global MRL Database.

Pesticide petitions have been submitted for: triflumizole, tebuconazole, flutriafol, trifloxystrobin, saflufenacil, prallethrin, metconazole, pyroxasulfone, and dimethenamid. Comments must be received on or before November 25, 2013.
