On August 11, the U.S. EPA established tolerances for residues of aminocyclopyrachlor and halauxifen-methyl.

Objections and requests for hearings must be received by October 11, 2016. The amended MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on August 12, 2016.

On January 22, the European Union published Reg. (EU) 2016/67 in the EU Official Journal, amending MRLs for ametoctradin, chlorothalonil, diphenylamine, flonicamid, fluazinam, fluoxastrobin, halauxifen-methyl, propamocarb, prothioconazole, thiacloprid, and trifloxystrobin in or on certain products.

Amended MRLs go into effect February 11, 2016, except for thiacloprid in Jerusalem artichokes and trifloxystrobin in olives for oil production which apply from February 12, 2016. Relevant pending MRL changes will be added to Global MRL Database.

On October 21, the Australia Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published Gazette No. 21 – 21 October 2014. Pages 10-12 of the gazette list proposed amendments to MRLs on various commodities. Pages 17-18 of outline established MRLs for several pesticides on various commodities, amending Australia's Standard 1.4.2.

Comments on proposed MRLs must be submitted by November 18, 2014, and relevant established MRLs will be reflected in MRL Database

On October 8, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) notified the WTO of adopted MRLs for glufosinate-ammonium and halauxifen-methyl.

On July 29, the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published Gazette No. 15 – 29 July 2014. Pages 18-19 of the gazette list proposed amendments to MRLs. Pages 23-25 outline established MRLs for several pesticides on various commodities, amending Australia's Standard 1.4.2.

Comments on proposed MRLs must be submitted by August 28, 2014, and relevant established MRLs will be reflected in MRL Database

On June 6, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) proposed MRLs for Imazapic and Halauxifen-methyl. PMRA will be accepting comments on these consultations through August 20, 2014.

On February 15, 2013, the US EPA published a notice of applications received for new and revised MRLs. Pesticide petitions have been submitted for: aminopyralid, fenpropathrin, forchlorfenuron, halauxifen-methyl, indaziflam, propiconazole, saflufenacil, and triflumizole. Comments must be received on or before March 18, 2013.
