EU Notifies WTO of Draft Linuron MRLs edit

On July 13, the European Union notified the WTO of SANTE 10145-2017, proposing draft MRLs for linuron.

Relevant proposed MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on July 16, 2018.

On July 17, the European Union notified the WTO of SANTE 11836-2017, proposing draft MRLs for iprodione.

Relevant proposed MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on July 18, 2018.

On June 21, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) proposed MRLs for iprodione in or on various commodities.

PMRA will accept comments on the proposed MRLs through September 4, 2018. The proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on June 22, 2018.

On June 17, the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published Gazette No. 12 - 17 June 2014. Pages 30-33 of the gazette outline established MRLs for several pesticides on various commodities, amending Australia's Standard 1.4.2.

March 12, 2013, the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published Gazette No. 5. Within the Gazette is an amendment to Australia's MRL regulation, Standard 1.4.2 of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. MRLs are updated for the following active ingredients: cloquintocet-mexyl, cyhalothrin, difenoconazole, flubendiamide, iprodione, penflufen, pyroxsulam, and thiamethoxam.
