On June 8, the U.S. EPA announced the receipt of two pesticide petitions (82 FR 26641 and 82 FR 26639) to establish MRLs and tolerance exemptions for several active ingredients in or on various commodities.

Comments must be received by July 10, 2017. MRLs from these proposals will display in the Global MRL Database on June 9, 2017.

Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) recently notified the WTO of adopted MRLs for kasugamycin and cyazofamid in or on various products.

Individual changes may be viewed in the linked WTO notices. Relevant MRL changes will appear in the Global MRL Database on October 11, 2016.

On July 6, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) proposed MRLs for the  active ingredients cyazofamid and kasugamycin.

PMRA will accept comments on the proposed MRLs through September 19, 2016. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database tomorrow.

February 22, 2013, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) published consultation document Proposed Maximum Residue Limit PMRL2013-01. New MRLs for the active ingredient kasugamycin are proposed on fruiting vegetables (crop group 8-09), pome fruits (crop group 11-09), and walnuts.
