On September 29, Mexico’s Federal Commission for the Protection Against Sanitary Risk (COFEPRIS) published an amendment to Annex II of its food additive regulations, “Additives with various functional classes that may be used in accordance with GMP.” The amendment is available in Spanish and its effective from September 29, 2017.
