On April 11, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare published a new MRL amendment affecting albendazole, isouron, etoxazole, simeconazole, cymoxanil, spirotetramat, thifensulfuron-methyl, thifluzamide, tebufenozide, triflumizole, tolfenamic acid, pyriofenone, fluensulfone, fluopicolide, prothioconazole, prohydrojasmon, profenofos, bromacil, prometryn, hexaconazole, hexythiazox, benzovindiflupyr, and lepimectin.

Relevant MRL changes will appear in the Global MRL Database by April 20, 2017.

The final date for comments is February18, 2017. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on December 23, 2016.

On October 31, the European Union notified the WTO of proposed MRLs for active ingredients fluopyram, hexachlorocyclohexane, lindane, nicotine, and profenofos in or on certain products.

The final date for comments is December 30, 2016. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database by October 31, 2016.

The European Union recently published amendment Commission Regulation (EU) No 1096/2014 in the EU Official Journal concerning MRLs for carbaryl, procymidone, and profenofos in or on certain products.

This regulation shall apply on May 7, 2015, and relevant changes will made to MRL Database at that time.

The European Union (EU) recently published Commission Regulation (EU) No 834/2013. This regulation amends the EU's national MRL regulation, pertaining specifically to the following active ingredients: acequinocyl, bixafen, diazinon, difenoconazole, etoxazole, fenhexamid, fludioxonil, isopyrazam, lambda-cyhalothrin, profenofos and prothioconazole.

Relevant changes have been made to www.mrldatabase.com.
