On September 6, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) proposed MRLs for sulfentrazone on Tuberous and corm vegetables (crop subgroup 1C).

PMRA will accept comments on the proposed MRLs through November 19, 2017. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on September 7, 2017.

Individual changes may be viewed in the linked WTO notice. The amended MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on June 9, 2017.

On June 8, the U.S. EPA announced the receipt of two pesticide petitions (82 FR 26641 and 82 FR 26639) to establish MRLs and tolerance exemptions for several active ingredients in or on various commodities.

Comments must be received by July 10, 2017. MRLs from these proposals will display in the Global MRL Database on June 9, 2017.

On July 1, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the availability of its draft human health and ecological risk assessments for the registration review of active ingredients chlorfenapyr, fenoxaprop-p-ethyl, flumiclorac-pentyl, maleic hydrazide, sulfentrazone, and tebuthiuron.

Comments on these assessments must be submitted by September 2, 2014.
