On February 15, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) notified the WTO of adopted MRLs for amisulbrom, mandestrobin, and isopyrazam.

Individual changes can be viewed in the linked WTO notices. The amended MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on February 16, 2019.

On February 11, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) notified the WTO of adopted MRLs for the following active ingredients:

  • G/SPS/N/CAN/1214/Add.1 - Tetrachlorvinphos, carbofuran, diazinon, dicofol, dinocap, diphenamid, disulfoton, nicotine, phosalone, pirimicarb, sodium trichloroacetic acid (TCA), and vinclozolin
  • G/SPS/N/CAN/1215/Add.1 - Kresoxim-methyl

Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) recently proposed MRLs for aminoethoxyvinylglycine hydrochloridepenflufen, difenoconazole, and penthiopyrad in or on various commodities.

PMRA will accept comments on the proposed MRLs through April 22, 2019 (aminoethoxyvinylglycine hydrochloride, penflufen) and April 23, 2019 (difenoconazole, penthiopyrad). The proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on February 9, 2019.
