On February 21, Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) notified the WTO of adopted MRLs for chlorothalonil, clethodim, and acequinocyl.

Individual changes can be viewed in the linked WTO notices. The amended MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on February 22, 2019.

On November 15, Health Canada’s Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) proposed MRLs for the active ingredients abamectinmetconazole, and chlorothalonil.

PMRA will accept comments on the proposed MRLs through January 29, 2017. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on November 16, 2016.

On October 7, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) opened a public consultation on the active substance chlorothalonil and pethoxamid. Comments on the rapporteur Member State’s assessment reports must be sent to EFSA by December 24, 2016 (chlorothalonil) and December 27, 2016 (pethoxamid).

The European Union's currently established chlorothalonil and pethoxamid MRLs are available in the Global MRL Database.

On September 5, Brazil’s National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published amendments for pyrimethanil, mancozeb, amicarbazone, diquat, spiromesifen, chlorothalonil, benzyladenine, chlorantraniliprole, imazamox, and ethiprole.

On July 28, Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published draft amendments proposing changes for the following active ingredients (in Portuguese): amicarbazone, chlorantraniliprole, mancozeb, pyrimethanil, imazamox, spiromesifen, chlorothalonil, and benzyladenine.

Comments on these proposals must be submitted by August 26, 2016. Relevant proposed MRLs will show in the Global MRL Database on July 29.
