On October 9, Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published amendments for melaleuca alternifolia, mineral oil, prothioconazole, prohexadione-calcium, thiophanate-methyl, thiamethoxam, trifloxystrobin, clethodim, dicamba, glufosinate, imazapyr, imazapic, aminopyralid, abscisic acid, and bixafen (links in Portuguese).

MRL changes from these amendments will be displayed in the Global MRL Databse on October 11, 2017.

On August 24, Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published draft amendments proposing changes for prothioconazole, trifloxystrobin, bixafen, dicamba, thiamethoxam, melaleuca alternifolia, glufosinate, mineral oil, clethodim, imazapyr, imazapic, aminopyralid, abscisic acid, prohexadione-calcium, and thiophanate-methyl (links in Portuguese).

Comments on these proposals must be submitted by September 22, 2017. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on August 25, 2017.

PMRA will accept comments on these proposed MRLs through January 27, 2016. Relevant proposed MRLs will be added to Global MRL Database.

On July 13, Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) notified the WTO of proposed MRLs for imazapic and imazapyr in certain feed commodities.

The final date for comments is September 11, 2015.

On June 5, the European Union published Reg. (EU) 2015/846 in the EU Official Journal, amending MRLs for acetamiprid, ametoctradin, amisulbrom, bupirimate, clofentezine, ethephon, ethirimol, fluopicolide, imazapic, propamocarb, pyraclostrobin, and taufluvalinate in or on certain products.

MRLs go into effect on June 25, 2015, and relevant MRL changes will be added to Global MRL Database as pending.

(EU) 2015/845 in the EU Official Journal, amending MRLs for azoxystrobin, chlorantraniliprole, cyantraniliprole, dicamba, difenoconazole, fenpyroximate, fludioxonil, glufosinate-ammonium, imazapic, imazapyr, indoxacarb, isoxaflutole, mandipropamid, penthiopyrad, propiconazole, pyrimethanil, spirotetramat, and trinexapac in or on certain products.

MRLs go into effect on June 24, 2015, and relevant MRL changes will be added to Global MRL Database as pending.

Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) recently published draft amendments proposing MRLs for the following active ingredients (links in Portuguese): glufosinate, kresoxim-methyl, chlorantraniliprole, fluazifop-P, flutriafol, metalaxyl-M, acibenzolar-S-methyl, benzyladenine, lambda-cyhalothrin, imazapyr and imazapic.

Comments on these proposals must be submitted by October 31, 2014. Relevant changes will not appear in  MRL Database unless they are officially adopted by ANVISA.
