On December 7, the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) published Amendment No. 175, varying Australia's Schedule 20 to include MRLs from Proposal M1014 – Maximum Residue Limits (2016).

Amended MRLs will fully display in the Global MRL Database on December 12, 2017.

On December 8, the U.S. EPA amended tolerances for residues of indoxacarb, sedaxane, and ziram in or on several commodities. 

Objections and requests for hearings must be received by February 6, 2018. The amended MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on December 11, 2017.

On November 29, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare (MHLW) announced proposed MRL changes for dichlorprop, cyflumetofen, flubendiamide, lepimectin, deltamethrin (tralomethrin), dexamethasone, hydramethylnon, fentin, flucarbazone sodium, propazine, and oleandomycin. These changes were reported via the United States Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service.

Comments are due to the embassy by December 12, 2017. Relevant proposed MRLs currently display in the Global MRL Database.

On December 6, Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published draft amendments proposing changes for methomyl, novaluron, picloram, triclopyr-butotyl, and trichoderma asperelloides (links in Portuguese).

Comments on these proposals must be submitted by January 4, 2018. Relevant proposed MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on December 7, 2017.

On December 6, the United States Department of Agriculture's Foreign Service published a Food and Agricultural Import Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) Country Report for the Czech Republic.

Information on pesticides and other contaminants is included in Section V of the report. The Global MRL Database currently displays relevant established and proposed MRLs for the Czech Republic.
