Individual changes may be viewed in the linked WTO notices. The amended MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on August 16, 2017.

On August 7, Costa Rica's State Phytosanitary Service (SFE) published an updated list of MRLs adopted by Costa Rica. The MRLs in the list are applicable to domestic and imported products and are updated periodically throughout the year.

Adopted MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on August 9, 2017.

On August 8, the Australia Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published Gazette No. 16 – 8 August 2017. Pages 20-22 of the gazette list draft MRLs and pages 26-27 list amendments to MRLs for pesticides in various commodities.

Comments on the draft MRLs must be submitted to APVMA by September 5, 2017. Relevant proposed and amended MRLs will appear in the Global MRL Database on August 9, 2017.

On July 28, New Zealand's Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) published Food Notice: Maximum Residues Levels for Agricultural Compounds, which is a consolidated MRL standard that includes amendments proposed in March 2017.

On April 24, Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published amendments for spiromesifen, ethoxysulfuron, indoxacarb, Isaria fumosorosea, thiophanate-methyl, Orius insidiosus, dicloran, Reynoutria sachalinensis, acephate, imidacloprid, chlorimuron-ethyl, acetamiprid, alpha-cypermethrin, mancozeb, lambda-cyhalothrin, and fenpropathrin (links in Portuguese).

MRL changes from these amendments will be displayed Global MRL Database on August 3, 2017.

On July 28, the U.S. EPA amended tolerances for residues of fenamidone and topramezone in or on several commodities. Additionally, the EPA established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for Pseudomonas chlororaphis strain AFS009 in or on all food commodities when used in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.

Objections and requests for hearings must be received by September 26, 2017. The amended MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on July 29, 2017.
