On February 23, the U.S. EPA established tolerances for residues of quizalofop-ethyl and indaziflam in or on various commodities. 

Objections and requests for hearing must be received by April 24, 2018. The amended MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on February 26, 2018.

On February 22, Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety published Notice No. 2018-8 (link in Korean) revising their food regulations, including numerous MRL changes.

Most MRL revisions from this amendment are effective May 1, 2018. Revoked "Other agricultural product" MRLs are effective January 1, 2019. MRL changes will appear in the Global MRL Database on February 23.

On February 16, New Zealand's Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) published Food Notice: Maximum Residue Levels for Agricultural Compounds, which is a consolidated MRL standard that includes amendments proposed in December 2017.

The amended MRLs are available in the Global MRL Database.

On February 8, Costa Rica's State Phytosanitary Service (SFE) published an updated list of MRLs adopted by Costa Rica. The MRLs in the list are applicable to domestic and imported products and are updated periodically throughout the year.

Adopted MRLs will display in the Global MRL Database on February 13, 2018.

On February 5, Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published amendments for picloram, 2,4-D, Trichoderma harzianum, Trissolcus basalis, acetamiprid, bifenthrin, clethodim, thiamethoxam, and thiodicarb (link in Portuguese). 

MRL changes from these amendments are currently displayed in the Global MRL Database.
