The European Economic Area (EEA) recently updated its agreement on veterinary and phytosanitary matters, including updates to EU MRL Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. EU MRL amendments apply to Norway, Iceland, and Lichtenstein once accepted to the EEA.

On February 26, the Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published APVMA Gazette No. 4, 26 February 2019. Pages 18-19 of the gazette list draft MRLs and page 24-28 list amendments to MRLs for pesticides in or on various commodities.

Comments on the draft MRLs must be submitted to the APVMA by March 26, 2019. Relevant proposed and amended MRLs have been entered into the Global MRL Database.
