On October 9, Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published amendments for melaleuca alternifolia, mineral oil, prothioconazole, prohexadione-calcium, thiophanate-methyl, thiamethoxam, trifloxystrobin, clethodim, dicamba, glufosinate, imazapyr, imazapic, aminopyralid, abscisic acid, and bixafen (links in Portuguese).

MRL changes from these amendments will be displayed in the Global MRL Databse on October 11, 2017.

On April 8, the European Union published Reg. (EU) 2017/671 in the EU Official Journal, amending MRLs for clothianidin and thiamethoxam in or on certain products.

Amended MRLs go into effect April 28, 2017. Relevant pending MRL changes will display in the Global MRL Database on April 11, 2016.

On June 7, Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare published a new MRL amendment affecting amisulbrom, 4-aminopyridine, isoxaflutole, chlorobenzilate, dinoseb, thiamethoxam, thifensulfuron, tulathromycin, sodium TCA, picoxystrobin, pyroquilon, phenmedipham, and benzofenap.

Relevant MRL changes will appear in the Global MRL Database tomorrow.
