Financial and Grant Management Assistant Responsibilities
BCI is accepting resumes for a Financial and Grant Management Assistant in either its Seattle or Sacramento offices.  Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
•    Assisting with contract preparation and budgeting
•    Invoice review and processing for compliance with U.S. government grant programs
•    Client and vendor communication to clarify and complete backup record
•    Payment recording and bank statement reconciliation
•    Reporting/report preparation on client financials
•    Audit preparation and participation

Position Requirements

•    Detail-oriented, capable of maintaining a high level of focus, and excellent communication skills
•    Knowledge of MS Office applications, as well as general PC and Adobe Acrobat  
•    Comfort working as part of a team
•    Pride and ownership of work

•    College degree
•    Familiarity with spreadsheets, data analysis, bookkeeping
•    Previous experience or familiarity with federal or state grants and financial compliance
