Bryant Christie Inc. (BCI) is accepting resumes for a part time office and administrative assistant for the firm’s Sacramento office. BCI helps companies and industry organizations eliminate trade barriers, develop new markets, and manage their international government affairs. Our work is focused on clients in the agricultural, food, and beverage sectors. We offer a unique set of international services that provide strategic solutions combined with a global vision.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist the company’s president with administrative assistance and general office work. This work includes travel assistance and scheduling, office reception, filing, mail and courier processing, project/staff support, and supply inventory management.

Position Requirements
Candidates should have a positive outlook, a professional presence, and must be comfortable working independently. Knowledge of MS Office applications, as well as general PC operations is essential. Candidates must also be able to multi-task to effectively balance the multiple responsibilities of this position. A college associate degree or higher is required.

This is a part-time position requiring 16 hours per week. Mondays and Wednesdays are preferred but other options will be considered. The position does not include benefits. Compensation is $25-$30 per hour depending upon experience.
