Karlee Charlton joined BCI’s Seattle office in 2016 as a Regulatory Analyst on the Regulatory Intelligence team.
Karlee researches and analyzes international food regulations to assist in updating and auditing BCGlobal's regulatory databases. She also monitors for changes to food ingredient regulations and policies and writes for the BCI Food Additive News as well as BCI’s customized subscription newsletters, the BCGlobal Monitor. She is also involved with the design and development of new regulatory data products, working closely with IT development teams on the design and development of complex systems and reports.
Prior to joining BCI, Karlee coordinated global sales with a specific focus on Latin America for a company in the Seattle area.
Karlee is a graduate of the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, Spanish, and Economics with a minor in Global Political Economy. While obtaining her degree, she participated in programs and internships in Chile, Mexico, China, and Ecuador.
