The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) recently published Gazette No. 10 - 21 May 2013

Included in the Gazette is a proposal to amend Australia's MRL standard affecting the following active ingredients: abamectin, bifenthrin, boscalid, chlorantraniliprole, chlorothalonil, dimethoate, fluazifop-butyl, fluazifop-p-butyl, glufosinate, isoxaflutole, mandipropamid, penflufen, spinosad, terbuthylazine and trifloxystrobin.

Comments may be submitted to APVMA by June 18.

Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária, ANVISA) recently published public consultation document Consulta Pública n° 19, de 17 de maio de 2013 (in Portuguese). This proposal includes a draft MRLs for the active ingredient pirimiphos-methyl on rice, corn, wheat, lettuce, barley, citrus, cabbage, beans, and green beans.
