Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) recently announced proposed MRL changes for several active ingredients. These changes were reported via the United States Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service.

Recently, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) published a draft technical regulation that applies to sweeteners. Comments are due by July 29, 2021.

On June 1, the U.S. EPA announced the receipt of pesticide petitions to establish or modify MRLs for several active ingredients.

Comments must be received by July 1, 2021. Relevant proposed MRLs are currently available in the BCGlobal Pesticide MRL Database.

Recently, Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published amendments to the monographs for S-metolachlor, pyroxasulfone, flubendiamide, amicarbazone, Neochysocharis formosa, lufenuron, methomyl, ametryn, Sophora flavescens, and bifenthrin (links in Portuguese).

Relevant MRLs from these amendments have been added to the BCGlobal Pesticide MRL Database.
