On July 21, the European Union published Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/1264 amending MRLs for fludioxonil. 

Amended MRLs will be effective from August 10, 2022. Relevant Pending MRL changes will be available in the BCGlobal Pesticide MRL Database on July 22, 2022.

On July 20, Israel notified the WTO of a food additive amendment (in Hebrew) regarding titanium dioxide. The amendment is effective from June 1, 2023.

Recently, the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service published Food and Agricultural Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) reports for the Dominican Republic, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Kenya.

The BCGlobal Food Additive Database includes maximum use level regulations for over 850 additives in more than 70 countries worldwide, including Thailand, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and Canada. 

The BCGlobal Pesticide MRL Database and BCGlobal Vet Drug MRL Database currently display relevant established and proposed MRLs for the Dominican Republic, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Kenya.

On July 12, the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published APVMA Gazette No. 14, 12 July 2022. Pages 26-28 of the gazette list proposed MRLs for pesticides and veterinary drugs in or on various commodities. Pages 33-36 of the gazette list amendments to MRLs for pesticides in or on various commodities.

Relevant proposed and amended MRLs will be available in the BCGlobal Pesticide MRL Database on July 13, 2022.
