Recently, the BCGlobal Pesticide MRL Database was updated with MRLs recently adopted by Costa Rica, which will be available in the database on August 19, 2020. 

Costa Rica's State Phytosanitary Service (SFE) maintains an MRL list applicable to domestic and imported products that is updated periodically throughout the year.

Recently, the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service published Food and Agricultural Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) reports for Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica

The BCGlobal Food Additive Database includes maximum use level regulations for over 850 additives in more than 70 countries worldwide, including the Central American Customs Union. Please contact BCI for more information on subscribing.

On August 14, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama notified the WTO of a proposed update to Central American Customs Union regulation RTCA 67.04.54:10. Comments are due by October 13, 2018.
