On October 2, the European Union published Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1777 amending MRLs for Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain FZB24, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain MBI 600, clayed charcoal, dichlorprop-P, ethephon, etridiazole, flonicamid, fluazifop-P, hydrogen peroxide, metaldehyde, penconazole, spinetoram, tau-fluvalinate and Urtica spp. in or on certain products.

Amended MRLs go into effect October 22, 2017. Relevant pending MRL changes will display in the Global MRL Database on October 2, 2017.

On May 17, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published a reasoned opinion on the modification of the existing maximum residue levels for dichlorprop-P in citrus fruits.

Proposed MRLs from this opinion will display in the Global MRL Database on May 18, 2017.

On April 28, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) opened a public consultation on the active substance dichlorprop-P. Comments on the rapporteur Member State assessment reports must be sent to EFSA by June 28, 2017. 

The European Union's current dichlorprop-P MRLs display in the Global MRL Database.

On November 19, the European Union published Reg. (EU) 2015/2075 in the EU Official Journal, amending MRLs for abamectin, desmedipham, dichlorprop-P, haloxyfop-P, oryzalin, and phenmedipham in or on certain products.

Amended MRLs go into effect June 9, 2016. Relevant pending MRL changes will be added to Global MRL Database.
