July 5, 2017

On July 5, the U.S. EPA amended tolerances for residues of indaziflam, pyroxsulam, and flubendiamide in or on several commodities.

Objections and requests for hearings must be received by September 5, 2017. The amended MRLs will be available in the Global MRL Database on July 6, 2017.

March 23, 2017

On March 23, the U.S. EPA announced the receipt of pesticide petitions to establish MRLs on several active ingredients.

Comments must be received by April 24, 2017. MRLs from this proposal will display in the Global MRL Database on March 24, 2017.

February 3, 2017

On February 3, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published a technical report on the outcome of the consultation with Member States, the applicant, and EFSA on the pesticide risk assessment for pyroxsulam in light of confirmatory data.

The European Union's current pyroxsulam MRLs display in the Global MRL Database.

On April 30, 2013 the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published Peer review of the pesticide risk assessment of the active substance pyroxsulam.

March 12, 2013

March 12, 2013, the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) published Gazette No. 5. Within the Gazette is an amendment to Australia's MRL regulation, Standard 1.4.2 of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code. MRLs are updated for the following active ingredients: cloquintocet-mexyl, cyhalothrin, difenoconazole, flubendiamide, iprodione, penflufen, pyroxsulam, and thiamethoxam.

Relevant changes will appear in tomorrow.
