On December 18, the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service published Food and Agricultural Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) reports for Austria and Croatia.

The BCGlobal Food Additive Database includes maximum use level regulations for over 850 additives in more than 70 countries worldwide, including the European Union. Please contact BCI for more information on subscribing.

The BCGlobal Pesticide MRL Database and BCGlobal Vet Drug MRL Database currently displays relevant established and proposed MRLs for Austria and Croatia.

On March 22, 2013, the Croatian Parliament published its “Law on food additives, flavorings and food enzymes,” which implements several European Commission regulations related to food additives.  The law is available only in Croatian.

This legislation will enter into force upon Croatia's accession into the European Union, with the exception of one article that enters into force on January 1, 2014.

European Union food additive regulations are included in the International Food Additive Database.
