Recently, Israel’s Ministry of Health published food additive amendments for sorbates; propyl gallate, TBHQ, BHA, and BHT (two amendments: 116847520 and 116972120); and locust bean gum. The amendments are effective from March 16, 2020.

Recently, Israel’s Ministry of Health published food additive amendments for calcium chloride, annatto, sucralose, sorbitol, hydroxy propyl distarch phosphate, glycerol, isomalt, and acetylated distarch phosphate. The amendments are effective from December 25, 2019 (sucralose, sorbitol, hydroxy propyl distarch phosphate, glycerol, and isomalt) and December 27, 2019 (calcium chloride, annatto, and acetylated distarch phosphate).
