Recently, the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) published a circular establishing MRLs for pesticides and veterinary drugs previously not allowed in food.

The new MRLs went into effect on May 1, 2020 and are available in the BCGlobal Pesticide and Vet Drug MRL Databases.

Recently, the USDA's Foreign Agricultural Service published Food and Agricultural Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) reports for the United Kingdom, Romania, Turkey, Singapore, Ecuador, Lithuania, Serbia, and the Philippines.

The BCGlobal Food Additive Database includes maximum use level regulations for over 850 additives in more than 70 countries worldwide, including the European Union, Singapore, Ecuador, and the Philippines.

The BCGlobal Pesticide MRL Database currently displays relevant established and proposed MRLs for the United Kingdom, Romania, Turkey, Singapore, Ecuador, Lithuania, and the Philippines. The BCGlobal Vet Drug MRL Database currently displays relevant established and proposed MRLs for United Kingdom, Romania, Turkey, Singapore, Lithuania, and the Philippines.

On February 22, the UDSA’s Foreign Agricultural Service published Food and Agricultural Regulations and Standards (FAIRS) reports for Singapore, Romania, Myanmar, and Ethiopia.

On January 31, Singapore published an amendment to its food additive regulations. This amendment was first proposed in September 2018. It is effective from February 1, 2019.

The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) recently published its Food (Amendment) Regulations 2018 deleting six pesticides and their corresponding MRLs.

Amended MRLs will be display in the Global MRL Database on April 10, 2018.
