Canada Amends Food Additive Regulations
On April 14, Health Canada published an amendment to its List of Permitted Emulsifying, Gelling, Stabilizing, or Thickening Agents and List of Permitted pH Adjusting Agents, Acid-Reacting Materials and Water Correcting Agents. This amendment was notified to the WTO on April 16.
