EFSA Publishes Food Additive Scientific Opinion

On October 10, the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) published a scientific opinion regarding the re-evaluation of thermally oxidised soya bean oil interacted with mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E 479b) as a food additive.
