FSANZ Publishes Approval Report for Food Additive Applications

On December 20, Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) published approval reports for Application A1171 regarding endo-inulinase from Aspergillus oryzae and Application A1176 regarding the enzymatic production of steviol glycosides.
