FSANZ Publishes Enzyme Administrative Assessment Report

On January 3, Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) announced an administrative assessment report for xylanase from Trichoderma reesei as a processing aid (enzyme). 

Australia and New Zealand's food additive regulations are included in the Food Additive Database, though enzymes typically fall outside the scope of the database. If you are interested in subscribing, please contact BCI for more information.
