FSANZ Publishes Enzyme Call for Submissions

On October 27, Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) published the call for submissions for Application A1204 on beta-amylase from soybean (Glycine max) as a processing aid (enzyme). Comments are due by December 8, 2020. 

Australia and New Zealand's food additive regulations are included in the BCGlobal Food Additive Database, though enzymes typically fall outside the scope of the database. If you are interested in subscribing, please contact BCI for more information.
