Thailand Publishes Proposal on Enzymes for Use in Food Production

Recently, Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health published a proposal on enzymes for use in food production (in Thai). Comments are due by November 16, 2018. 

Thailand’s food additive regulations, in English, are included in the Food Additive Database, although enzymes typically fall beyond the scope of the database. If you are interested in subscribing, please contact BCI.
