On July 3, Chile’s Ministry of Health published an amendment concerning food additives to Reglamento Sanitario de los Alimentos No. 977/96. The amendment is effective from January 3, 2020.

  • NOM/ADM-01333 modifying the List of Permitted Sweeteners and the List of Permitted Emulsifying, Gelling, Stabilizing or Thickening Agents
  • NOM/ADM-01334 modifying the List of Permitted Food Enzymes
  • NOM/ADM-01335 modifying the List of Permitted Food Additives with Other Accepted Uses
